About the Role

Naseej is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager for the Sports Sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional with a strong background in B2B sales and established relationships within the Saudi sports sector. The ideal candidate will focus on developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals with sports organizations and related entities across Saudi Arabia. This position requires a commercially driven individual who understands the Saudi sports ecosystem and can engage senior decision-makers to translate client needs into sustainable business opportunities and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic relationships with sports-sector clients and key stakeholders across Saudi Arabia.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with sports clubs, federations, leagues, sports authorities, and other relevant organizations.
Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, expand existing accounts, and establish long-term partnerships.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, senior management, and key decision-makers within target organizations.
Understand client business needs and collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions.
Monitor developments in the Saudi sports industry, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and provide regular updates on opportunities and account performance.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs.

Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of B2B sales and account management experience, preferably in enterprise or strategic sales.
Demonstrated experience in selling to sports-sector organizations in Saudi Arabia, with a proven record of closing deals.
Established relationships with relevant stakeholders across the Saudi sports ecosystem.
Experience managing complex sales cycles, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing high-value contracts.
Strong understanding of the Saudi market and its sports-sector landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in technology, digital solutions, information management, or related industries is preferred.
