Senior Technical Support Major Projects

About the Role

Otis is seeking a Senior Technical Support - Major Projects to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to supporting the sales process for new equipment products across Otis – KSA. The role holder will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather essential technical and commercial data for tender responses, ensuring adherence to business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents thoroughly.
• Coordinate the collection of necessary documents for client submission.
• Prepare compliance documentation, Requests for Information (RFI), ELOG entries, and quotations.
• Provide support for costing and estimation processes.
• Prepare contract forms and secure approval from the Finance Department (FOD) for booking.
• Assist in preparing documents required for booking.
• Manage pre-qualification preparations.
• Oversee material submittal preparations.
• Create records for new inquiries in CRM/Elog.
• Update flash and booking forecasts.
• Provide all other work-related support as needed by the Major Projects Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires a professional who can effectively manage technical and commercial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
