Alstom is seeking a Services Director GCC to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional.

Role Overview

The Services Director GCC will play a central role in advancing sustainable transportation in Saudi Arabia. This position involves ensuring operational excellence, financial stability, and customer satisfaction across all service projects. The Director will lead service project directors, manage operations and maintenance activities, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives and long-term partnerships within the region. Collaboration with various internal teams, including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, HR, and Business Development, is integral to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading all service projects across Saudi Arabia, encompassing Metro Operations, Railway System Maintenance, and Transit System Services.
• Ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient project execution in alignment with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Driving operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across all projects.
• Managing the Services portfolio’s P&L performance, ensuring financial transparency and effective cost control.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, authorities, and stakeholders within Saudi Arabia’s transport ecosystem.
• Mentoring and developing project directors and leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and operational expertise, preferably within a related industry.
