Join Accor as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee our housekeeping operations. Your role will involve supervising the daily activities of Room Attendants and ensuring we meet the luxury standards of Sofitel.
Key Responsibilities: - Operational Supervision: Coordinate daily activities, conduct briefings, allocate workloads, and inspect rooms and public spaces.
- Quality Assurance: Perform inspections, ensure compliance with standards, and monitor cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Guest Experience: Handle guest requests promptly, respond to complaints, and maintain visibility on the floors.
- Team Leadership: Train and motivate staff, ensuring adherence to grooming and uniform standards.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain reports, coordinate with Front Office, and monitor staff attendance.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with Engineering and Laundry departments for efficient operations.
Qualifications: - Preferred diploma or certification in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel.
- Prior supervisory experience is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages preferred).
Working Conditions: This position requires flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. It is a physically active role involving standing, walking, and inspecting rooms.
