Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on ensuring excellent customer service, from initial product introduction to order fulfillment and after-sales support. The role involves maintaining showroom standards and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, introduce products, secure orders, calculate quantities, and assist with color and product coordination.
• Coordinate with showroom staff to ensure smooth invoice issuance and proper goods delivery.
• Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness, ensuring all marketing tools are available.
• Achieve sales targets and implement required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering stock levels.
• Manage stock levels by ordering from warehouses based on minimum and maximum levels, adhering to a first-in, first-out policy.
• Report missing products to the direct manager and ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy.
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required and deposit sales cash daily into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions to the direct manager.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items and implement company policies.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures, and provide suggestions for sales process development.
• Execute activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.

Customer and Sales Focus

The representative will be responsible for providing a high level of service to customers, guiding them through the product selection and purchase process, and ensuring their needs are met. This includes managing customer interactions from showroom entry to after-sales support, with a focus on achieving established sales targets.

Operational Management

This role involves maintaining the showroom's organization and ensuring the availability of marketing materials. It also includes coordinating with internal staff for efficient invoice processing and delivery, as well as managing inventory to prevent discrepancies and dead stock.

Reporting and Compliance

The Showroom Sales Representative is expected to adhere to company policies and instructions, including financial reporting and daily cash deposits. Regular reporting on sales performance, market activities, and customer feedback to the direct manager is also a key aspect of this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring active engagement within the showroom environment and coordination with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
