Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on ensuring excellent customer service within showrooms, meeting customer needs, and coordinating with showroom staff to facilitate a smooth customer journey from entry to product delivery.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions, from initial reception to post-sales support. This includes maintaining high service standards, coordinating with showroom personnel such as assistants, workers, and drivers, and ensuring efficient processing of sales and deliveries. The role also involves achieving sales targets and maintaining showroom organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the showroom, introduce products, and secure orders.
• Calculate product quantities and assist customers with color and product coordination.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
• Ensure the availability of marketing tools, including brochures and catalogs.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Fulfill management goals and implement key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the e-commerce platform, considering stock levels.
• Manage stock levels, particularly for fast-moving items, by adhering to minimum/maximum levels and first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required and deposit daily cash sales into the company account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager on competitor activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Offer suggestions for improving sales processes and value.
• Execute tasks in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring active engagement with customers and coordination with various internal teams to ensure operational efficiency within the showroom setting.
