About the Role

AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position focuses on ensuring excellent customer reception within showrooms and maintaining a high standard of service, addressing customer needs, and managing both pre- and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers from showroom entry, introducing company products, and securing their orders.
Assist customers in calculating required quantities and coordinating product colors and types based on their needs.
Coordinate with showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure accurate invoicing and timely goods delivery.
Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness.
Ensure the availability of marketing tools such as brochures and catalogs.
Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
Commit to achieving management goals and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process online customer requests and update the e-commerce platform, considering item requirements and stock levels.
Maintain adequate stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by adhering to ordering policies from warehouses based on minimum and maximum thresholds.
Implement the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
Submit financial reports to the regional accountant as required.
Deposit all daily cash sales into the company’s account.
Provide regular reports to the direct manager regarding competitors' activities and promotions.
Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
Maintain order within the showroom.
Collaborate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
Implement company policies and instructions.
Submit periodic reports on achievements, issues, and failures to the direct manager.
Offer ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.

Work Environment

This role operates within a showroom setting, requiring interaction with customers and coordination with various team members to ensure smooth sales and operational processes. The position is based in Makkah.

Reporting Structure

The Showroom Sales Representative reports directly to the assigned manager, providing regular updates and escalating issues as necessary.
