SOC Analyst / Incident Response

About the Role

A1softech is seeking a SOC Analyst / Incident Response professional to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats using advanced SIEM tools and proactive threat hunting. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards, supporting the overall cybersecurity strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support the development of cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and framework.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for systems, applications, and processes.
• Maintain and update the cybersecurity risk register.
• Analyze risks and define appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Track risk treatment plans and monitor their progress.

Compliance and Governance

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, including NCA, SDAIA, PDPL, and ISO.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and evidence.
• Coordinate both internal and external cybersecurity audits.
• Track identified compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring

• Prepare detailed cybersecurity reports and dashboards for management review.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other cybersecurity performance metrics.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant cybersecurity role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
