About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing all aspects of the spa, from guest service and product quality to team development and compliance with regulatory standards. The Spa Manager plays a key role in maintaining high standards of hospitality and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, including guest service, product quality, inventory management, systems, and departmental budgets.
• Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure all spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order.
• Monitor service trends, respond to guest feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring the highest standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
