Spatial Design & Creative Concept Artist

About the Role

Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking a Spatial Design & Creative Concept Artist for Tempesta Hospitality. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional who can develop experiential, art-driven installations beyond conventional table styling. The position focuses on transforming abstract concepts into physical, sculptural, and editorial-level experiences.

• Translate mood boards or abstract briefs into fully executed physical designs.
• Work with unconventional materials, including florals, produce, sculptural elements, and mixed media, to create statement pieces.
• Collaborate with the culinary and events team to align design with the overall guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Background in spatial design, set design, installation art, or experiential design (not traditional floristry/event styling only).
• A portfolio demonstrating conceptual, art-directed work, not standard centerpiece arrangements.
• Strong material and spatial sensibility, with the ability to work comfortably with unconventional mediums.
• Ability to take a creative brief from concept through to full-scale physical execution.
• Based in Riyadh or able to relocate.

Experience
