Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is a prominent organization in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an Equipment Excellence Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on enhancing maintenance operations and equipment reliability across our project sites and workshops.

Role Overview

The Equipment Excellence Specialist will lead initiatives to improve maintenance excellence and drive continuous improvement. This position is critical for optimizing maintenance performance, reducing equipment downtime, and ensuring the implementation of industry best practices within our operations. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular evaluations of maintenance quality and equipment readiness at workshops and project sites.
• Monitor the performance of the Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) and the effectiveness of breakdown responses.
• Analyze maintenance and reliability data to identify recurring issues and propose corrective actions.
• Develop and implement maintenance excellence strategies, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and optimizing maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with PMS and Repair & Maintenance teams to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Develop, review, and improve maintenance policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and safety awareness.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in maintenance, asset management, or reliability engineering.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in maintenance excellence, reliability improvement, or continuous improvement programs.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability engineering principles, and equipment performance management.
• Proven experience in driving operational improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves regular visits to workshops and project sites within the region.
