About Rize and the Role

Rize is a pioneering rent-now-pay-later platform in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to making rental processes more accessible and affordable for tenants while securing income for landlords. We are seeking a Sr. Corporate Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to expanding our employer partnership channel by securing B2B deals with corporate entities.

Role Overview and Strategic Focus

The Sr. Corporate Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing B2B deals with corporate employers. The primary objective is to position Rize’s innovative rent-now-pay-later product as an elite employee benefit, thereby unlocking extensive user networks and driving significant growth for the company. This role serves as a key representative of Rize to corporate partners, contributing directly to market expansion and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Partnerships & B2B Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close B2B deals with companies, institutions, and large employers to integrate Rize as a corporate employee benefit.
HR Engagement: Connect and build relationships with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), HR Directors, and Employee Benefits Managers to position Rize as a tool for talent retention and financial wellness.
End-to-End Sales Process: Deliver compelling business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, navigate corporate procurement, and finalize partnership contracts.
Account Management & Growth: Collaborate with partner HR teams for successful onboarding and activation of Rize for their employees. Manage and nurture existing corporate client relationships to ensure long-term cooperation and maximum employee adoption.
Network Representation: Represent Rize at HR conferences, corporate wellness events, and exhibitions to expand the B2B network.
Meeting & Pipeline Management: Schedule, organize, and conduct daily field meetings with potential corporate partners across Riyadh. Present Rize professionally, tailoring the value proposition to address employer challenges such as employee financial stress and retention.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on pipeline, contracts, and partnership performance. Monitor, track, and consistently achieve monthly and annual B2B acquisition targets.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development.
Proven track record of successfully selling services or products directly to HR departments or corporate executive teams.
Strong background in account management to ensure post-sale success and adoption.
Experience in FinTech, PropTech, SaaS, or Corporate Insurance/Benefits is considered a significant advantage.
