SR. PRECAST INSPECTOR QA / QC ABS

About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Senior Precast Inspector QA/QC ABS to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the quality of products, materials, and processes through diligent inspections, audits, and tests. The inspector will be responsible for identifying defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues. The position also involves mentoring junior inspectors and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all dimensions and embedments conform to drawing specifications.
• Communicate with designers to clarify any conflicts in drawings.
• Execute required inspections and represent the department for joint inspections with consultants and clients.
• Enhance processes to improve efficiency and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs).
• Monitor the implementation of Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
• Verify that only approved materials are utilized in project execution.
• Clarify any project arrangements requiring execution and raise quality concerns to prevent recurrence.
• Report non-conformities and observations, including the required RCA.
• Follow up on necessary corrective actions for implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control, specifically within precast inspection. A strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements is essential for this role.
