Sr. Proposal Engineer

About the Role

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Sr. Proposal Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting Jasara's growth objectives by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. The Sr. Proposal Engineer will lead bid preparation and proposal management efforts to strengthen the company's market presence and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement activities to support growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across both public and private sector clients.
• Manage and coordinate bid and proposal preparation processes, from initial opportunity identification through to submission.
• Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases for prospective clients.
• Support contract negotiations and the successful conversion of opportunities into awarded projects.
• Maintain and report on the business development pipeline, pursuits, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven capability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires an individual who can thrive in a dynamic setting and effectively manage multiple projects concurrently to meet business objectives.
