About Keeta and the Strategic Account Manager Role

Keeta, the international subsidiary of global delivery leader Meituan, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to Keeta's mission to help people eat better and live better, leveraging Meituan's 16 years of technological and operational expertise.

Since its establishment in 2023, Keeta has focused on creating value for consumers, enhancing technology and operations for restaurants, and providing earning opportunities for courier partners across its expanding global presence, which includes the Middle East.

Role Overview and Contribution

The Strategic Account Manager will contribute to Keeta's global strategic expansion, specifically within the competitive delivery market. This position involves managing high-impact strategic accounts from acquisition through growth, with direct visibility to senior leadership and influence on business outcomes. The role operates within a multicultural, entrepreneurial environment, supporting the company's objectives in new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and operation of international and regional chain brands, driving user acquisition and scale growth for assigned strategic accounts to achieve performance targets in a competitive market.
Drive collaboration between international and regional chain brands and the platform across brand marketing, promotional activities, and user operations to strengthen partnerships and long-term brand engagement with Keeta.
Develop an understanding of food and beverage industry categories and brand operation models, identify business development opportunities, and formulate tactical plans covering growth, marketing, user experience, and membership programs to strengthen Keeta's influence within the industry.
Act as a liaison between strategic brand partners and the platform's delivery operations, establishing cross-functional communication with the delivery department and continuously optimizing the brand delivery service experience.
Gather frontline marketing intelligence, user feedback, and local market dynamics to provide actionable insights that inform company-level strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. A deep understanding of the food and beverage industry categories and brand operation models is beneficial. The role requires strong capabilities in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication.
