Role Overview

Zofeur is seeking a Supply Planning Executive, Ride Hailing, to join the Supply Team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for ensuring a consistent supply of new drivers to the Zofeur platform. The executive will be responsible for overseeing business requirements, analyzing historical trends, forecasting future supply needs, and planning actions to meet demand targets. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily supply operations to ensure adequate supply for projected demand.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to maintain smooth operational flow.
• Ensure the smooth mobility of chauffeurs on the platform.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
• Manage and onboard new vendors for supply management.
• Analyze various data metrics and take necessary actions for supply planning.
• Work on chauffeur retention and plan activities to maintain supply health.

Collaboration and Environment

The Supply Planning Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to optimize the flow from supplier to customer. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, managing sensitive product information and upholding the brand's reputation through precision and discretion. Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply or fleet management within the transportation industry, specifically Ride Hailing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
