Tahreez, a Saudi systems integrator and technology contractor, is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead its procurement function in Riyadh. The company delivers advanced security, communication, AV, AIoT, healthcare digitalization, and data center solutions, with strong design–build–operate and managed services offerings. Operating as part of Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding), Tahreez partners with global leaders to manage mission-critical infrastructure for smart cities, critical facilities, and live sports and entertainment venues.

Role Purpose

The Head of Procurement will be responsible for driving supplier management excellence, procurement efficiency, and cost optimization. This role is critical in supporting Tahreez's project delivery and managed services business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize supplier management processes to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain collaborative supplier relationships that support long-term value creation for the company.
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms and manage supplier relationships across various categories.
• Streamline procurement processes to reduce cycle time and improve turnaround efficiency.
• Implement procurement automation tools and drive process improvements across the procurement team.
• Define and monitor team productivity metrics, ensuring consistent application of standardized processes.
• Partner with the IT department to support the implementation and adoption of procurement systems and tools.
• Implement cost management strategies to achieve targeted reductions in procurement costs.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Conduct budget variance analysis and collaborate with the Finance department on regular cost review meetings.
• Balance cost-reduction objectives against quality, delivery, and risk considerations.
• Lead regular progress reviews to ensure procurement objectives remain on track.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, recommending recognition mechanisms for teams delivering strong cost savings and process gains.
• Champion global procurement processes, tools, and systems across the organization.

Experience and Work Type

This full-time position requires 10 years of relevant experience in procurement leadership. The role is based in Riyadh.
