The Role of Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for collaborating closely with line managers throughout the recruitment process. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Riyadh, involves working with the HR organization to manage the full life cycle of talent acquisition, supporting dynamic business growth. The Partner also participates in the deployment of global projects aimed at improving talent acquisition practices within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support peers and teams in performing duties and completing talent acquisition work priorities.
• Provide technical advice and knowledge within the recruitment and talent discipline.
• Participate in the deployment of global projects in the region related to improving talent acquisition practices.
• Engage with line managers for new job openings to identify required skill sets, advise on recruitment approaches, and recommend methods for long-term business results.
• Source and identify qualified candidates in the marketplace for current and future job openings.
• Work on strategic projects, such as developing competency-based interview guides mapped to current job competencies.
• Collate candidate information from employment checks and psychometric assessments, discussing findings with hiring managers to facilitate hiring decisions.
• Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings.
• Ensure professional and engaging onboarding for all new hires.
• Extract necessary data for monthly and weekly reporting from the e-recruitment system, assisting with data analysis and presentation.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field and demonstrate a seasoned understanding of talent acquisition principles.

• Seasoned understanding of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and industry trends, particularly around Go-to-market (Sales), to attract and retain top talent.
• Seasoned understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
• Seasoned knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection.
• Seasoned experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other technologies used to streamline the recruitment process.
• Seasoned understanding of employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Seasoned knowledge of HR policies related to recruitment and hiring.
• Seasoned ability to utilize talent analytics and recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven decisions.
