About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Team Lead Food & Beverage Services to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure optimal service delivery and guest satisfaction within the food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure staff collaboration to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing premises.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, and guest safety and well-being.
• Submit work orders for maintenance repairs or contact directly for urgent issues.
• Report employee, guest, or vendor incidents and accidents to management and Loss Prevention immediately.
• Communicate pertinent information to managers/supervisors through proper documentation.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model.
• Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Ensure professional appearance, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Capability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
• Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Skill in grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Capability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, and up and down stairs/service ramps.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

General Expectations

The Team Lead will perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors, ensuring operational efficiency and a high standard of service within the food and beverage department.
