About the Role

stc is seeking a Technology & Commercial Audit Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for supporting technology and commercial audit activities across Specialized to assess internal controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance with approved policies and governance requirements. The role involves participation in audit engagements, documentation, reporting, and follow-up activities within Technology and Commercial domains, supporting the timely resolution of audit findings.

Role Purpose

The Technology & Commercial Audit Specialist will operate in accordance with Specialized’s stipulated policies and procedures. This position is crucial for maintaining robust internal controls and ensuring adherence to governance standards within the technology and commercial sectors of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Technology and Commercial audit plans in alignment with approved audit objectives, risk priorities, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in audit engagements across Technology and Commercial areas, including commercial operations, revenue assurance, technology operations, infrastructure, and Mission-Critical service delivery controls.
• Perform audit testing, collect and analyze supporting evidence, and document observations in accordance with approved audit methodologies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing audit reports by documenting findings, identified risks, root causes, and proposed recommendations for review by relevant management.
• Track audit findings and remediation activities, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to support timely closure of identified control gaps.
• Coordinate with Technology, Commercial, and relevant stakeholders to gather required information, validate audit evidence, and support risk assessment activities.
• Support fraud risk assessments and investigation activities within Technology and Commercial areas in accordance with approved procedures and escalation requirements.
• Maintain accurate audit working papers, records, and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, traceability, and audit quality.
• Support coordination with external auditors and follow up on audit requirements and findings related to Technology and Commercial areas.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The position requires a foundational understanding of audit principles and practices, particularly within technology and commercial operations.
