The Opportunity: Territory Lead, Instruments/NSE

Stryker is seeking a Territory Lead Instruments/NSE to manage and drive sales for the Instruments/NSE portfolio within the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, product developments, and legal regulations, reporting findings to management.
  • Execute sales activities to meet regional sales targets aligned with company strategies and prepare required sales reports.
  • Plan, implement, and report on customer/partner visits and product demonstrations based on sales targets and customer demands.
  • Evaluate customer/partner requests for proposals and prepare comprehensive material lists tailored to customer needs.
  • Inform customers about various purchasing methods (*, tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase) and collaborate with the tender department on procurement projects, supporting their completion and reporting.
  • Track material delivery dates within the territory and communicate updates to customers.
  • Oversee material delivery and installation, provide post-sales user training, and attend surgery cases as required.
  • Ensure customer bills reach the accrual stage and coordinate with the Finance and Accounting department to facilitate timely collections.
  • Communicate customer feedback and complaints to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluate feedback, take necessary actions, and report to customers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and appropriately use Congress/Demo materials, ensuring their sterilized and non-damaged return to the storehouse.
  • Communicate scientific support requests and plans to the marketing department and provide support for these processes.
  • Offer support to the logistics team as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Possession of a valid KSA driving license.
  • A good understanding of procedures and concepts within the discipline, which will be further developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the Central Region of KSA. The role involves direct engagement with customers and partners in the field.
