The Opportunity: Territory Lead, Trauma & Extremities

Stryker is seeking a Territory Lead, Trauma & Extremities for a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for supporting the growth of the Trauma & Extremities Division within the Western Region of KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and fostering customer relationships in this key market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop continuous relationships with current and potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, product developments, and relevant legal regulations, reporting findings to management.
  • Execute sales activities to meet regional sales targets aligned with company strategies, and prepare required sales reports.
  • Plan, implement, and report on customer/partner visits and product demonstrations according to sales targets and customer demands.
  • Evaluate customer/partner requests for proposals and prepare comprehensive material lists based on customer needs.
  • Inform customers about various purchasing methods (*, tender, intermediate purchase, leasing) and collaborate with the tender department on procurement projects, supporting their completion and reporting.
  • Track material delivery dates within the territory and communicate updates to customers.
  • Oversee material delivery and installation, provide post-sales user training for the product portfolio, and attend surgery cases.
  • Ensure customer bills reach the accrual stage and follow up on collections with the Finance and Accounting department to meet due dates.
  • Communicate customer feedback and complaints to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluate feedback, take necessary actions, and report back to customers and relevant personnel.
  • Prepare and appropriately utilize Congress/Demo materials, ensuring their sterilized and undamaged return to the storehouse.
  • Communicate scientific support requests and plans to the marketing department in the respective regions and support the execution process.
  • Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. The role requires a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage sales processes effectively, and understand market dynamics within the medical technology sector. Experience in sales and account management, particularly within trauma and extremities or related orthopaedics fields, is highly valued.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves extensive interaction with customers across the assigned territory.
