About the Role

HCLTech is seeking a UiPath Solution Architect for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to conducting architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of client enterprise-wide systems. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant domain.

Role Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will stimulate appropriate design discipline to effectively translate operational models into robust RPA solution designs. This position ensures that the RPA Implementation Team delivers reliable system solutions to meet client operational requirements, maintaining a focus on architectural integrity and strategic alignment.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of client enterprise-wide systems.
• Ensure the RPA Implementation Team delivers robust system solutions to client operations.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain established service design procedures and processes to assure apt and robust solutions.
• Work closely with the Client Enterprise Architect within the Architecture Services team to assure constant compliance with client’s strategic blueprints and architecture.
• Lead responsibility for ongoing suggestions and best practices for UiPath client implementations, custom solutions, product support, and the UiPath Enterprise Platform.
• Collaborate with the IT development team to assure architectural solutions are suitably translated into effectual and robust implementations.
• Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives, and conduct solution recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations.
• Assist Sales and Pre-Sales teams in client conversations to ensure maximum conversions and high-quality dialogue.
• Plan, design, and execute complex UiPath internal and client solution configurations.
• Ensure testing assistance and guidance to the Implementation Team.
• Prepare and present test plans, solution designs, technical presentations, analyst briefings, and white papers to respond to different custom solution deliverables.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems.
• A process-minded approach to problem-solving and solution design.
• Good presentation and communication skills are essential for stakeholder engagement.
• Previous experience in an application or implementation support domain is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of UiPath Deployment Architecture and Cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS.

Technical Leadership and Advisory

This role involves providing technical leadership and advisory support across various UiPath initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding implementation teams, ensuring architectural solutions are robust, and contributing to the continuous improvement of UiPath client implementations and the overall Enterprise Platform.

Professional Engagement

The UiPath Solution Architect will engage with both internal teams and external clients, requiring strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration. This includes supporting pre-sales activities and preparing comprehensive technical documentation and presentations for diverse audiences.
