About Golf Saudi and the Role

Golf Saudi is seeking a highly experienced Vice President Finance to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading the financial planning and control functions, ensuring robust financial governance and strategic support for the organization's objectives.

Role Purpose

The Vice President Finance will lead the Financial Planning & Control function, driving the implementation and oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting frameworks. This position ensures strong financial governance, aligning all activities with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements to support strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement frameworks for financial planning, budgeting, and control, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee budget planning and forecasting processes, including the establishment of guidelines, conducting challenge sessions, and managing approvals.
• Monitor budget performance through detailed variance analysis and support the implementation of corrective actions to optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks and templates for both management and regulatory reporting needs.
• Support feasibility studies, profitability analyses, and due diligence processes for strategic projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Delegation of Authority, covering budget transfers and purchase request approvals.
• Oversee treasury operations outputs, including cash flow forecasts and bank reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain management reporting frameworks to monitor budget performance across departments, business units, and projects.
• Generate periodic management reports using tools such as Power BI and ThinkCell, ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, Delegation of Authority, and finance policies within the function.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
