The Role: Warehouse Supervisor

Aldawaa Medical Services Co. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize warehouse operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is critical for ensuring efficient workflow, strict adherence to safety procedures, and effective inventory management across the company's facilities.

Key Responsibilities: Team & Operations

• Supervise the functions and activities of all warehouse workers on the floor.
• Delegate and assign tasks and targets, and evaluate staff performance.
• Supervise proper shift allocations and ensure the efficiency of all warehouse staff.
• Organize and conduct necessary training activities for staff and workers.
• Manage and follow the timesheets of the staff.
• Ensure the proper functioning workflow and processes of all warehouses as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Inventory Management & Compliance

• Adhere to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory monitoring cycle counts and conduct audits to validate results.
• Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Manage and follow up on customer claims to ensure resolution.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Warehouse Supervisor position should possess 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, supervision, or a related logistical management role. A proven track record in managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency is essential for this role.
