About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to lead the Outbound Hail Warehouse team. This full-time position is based in Hail and Ash Shamli and is responsible for ensuring all finished goods orders are picked and dispatched on time, adhering to standard operating procedures. The role also involves providing cover for the Team Manager during their absence.

Role Overview

The Senior Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all shift receipt and dispatch activities. This position is critical for maintaining operational standards and supporting the warehouse management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate execution of all activities.
• Maximize warehouse space and facility utilization.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of warehouse consumables and operational materials.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all warehouse operations.

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
