Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers upon arrival.
- Apply health and safety regulations.
- Present diverse food and drink menus and respond to customer inquiries.
- Relay customer feedback to management and propose improvements for food and drink offerings.
- Ensure a sufficient supply of clean cups and kitchen equipment.
- Conduct regular checks on machines and report maintenance needs.
- Receive customer orders with attention to detail and preferences.
- Prepare and serve beverages, pastries, and fast food items.
- Process cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness in the food and beverage preparation area.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in handling food and beverage preparation equipment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in various shifts.
- Accounting skills and accuracy in billing.
- Attention to customer preferences and ingredient knowledge.
