Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to guests by anticipating their needs and preferences to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations within the hospitality area, coordinating with relevant departments for seamless service delivery.
• Assist in setting up and serving meals, beverages, and snacks, adhering to proper service techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hospitality area, ensuring equipment and supplies are stocked and functional.
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests to provide tailored recommendations and enhance their experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, addressing any issues that may arise.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service delivery and stay updated on company policies.
