The Role of Senior Graphic Designer

Autobia is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to develop and maintain the company's visual identity. This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Eastern Region, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role involves ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints and collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to translate business objectives into creative concepts and production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Autobia's brand identity, including typography, imagery, iconography, and visual language, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems, converting business briefs into creative concepts and solutions.
• Design digital and print materials such as campaigns, presentations, brochures, web assets, infographics, and motion/video content, ensuring scalability across formats and channels.
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders and provide feedback to enhance design quality across the organization.
• Independently manage projects from concept to final delivery, coordinating with vendors and agencies to ensure all outputs are on-brand and production-ready.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in graphic design.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong creative judgment and a commitment to high visual quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma for collaborative design and handoff processes.
• Proficiency in motion design or video editing tools (*, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in photography or art direction.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for refining landing pages and digital assets in collaboration with the product team.
