Maintenance Associate

About the Role

SLB is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role involves performing maintenance activities in accordance with the established Maintenance Program, ensuring the timely delivery of equipment to meet operational demands. The position supports initiatives focused on improving the Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE), Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
• Accurately capture maintenance-related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in alignment with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of maintenance processes and a commitment to operational efficiency.
