About the Role

King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) is seeking a qualified Saudi candidate for an Operations Management position within the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management. This full-time role is based in Dhahran and focuses on both research and teaching across various branches of Information Systems and Operations Management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to dedicate approximately 35-40 hours per week to professional duties. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering teaching in relevant subjects.
• Conducting research in Information Systems and Operations Management.
• Providing academic advising to students.
• Performing administrative duties as required.
• Undertaking any other academic duties assigned by the department.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• An earned ** degree from a reputable university in a relevant field.
• Full-time bachelor’s and master’s degrees with very good grades.
• Certificate equivalency if the degree was obtained from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English, as it is the medium of instruction at the University.

This position is within the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management, part of the KFUPM Business School. The Business School has held AACSB accreditation since 2002, reflecting its commitment to high standards in business education.
