Refinery Process Engineer

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking an experienced Refinery Process Engineer to join a reputable Oil & Gas / Refinery company. This full-time position is based in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, with opportunities in cities such as Dammam, Al Khobar, and Dhahran, among others. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply 3+ years of experience in Refinery Operations and Process Engineering.
• Work with CDU, Gasoline, Diesel, Utilities, and Offsite Systems.
• Engage in both Field and DCS Operations.
• Participate in operator rounds and utilize operational checklists.
• Contribute to RCM workshops and multidisciplinary reliability studies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Refinery Process Engineer.
• Proven experience in Refinery Operations or Process Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Field and DCS Operations is essential.
• Familiarity with RCM, RBI, HAZOP, and FMEA is preferred.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, operating procedures, and process interactions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Work Environment and Compensation

This full-time position offers a salary range of SAR 8,000 - 10,000 per month. The role is based in the Eastern Region, covering various cities including Al Jubail, Al-Ahsa, Al Qatif, Ras Tannurah, Al Khafji, Buqayq, Safwa, Al Jish, Inak, Darin, Umm Al Hamam, Al Umran, Al Mubarraz, Al Jafr, and Al Hafuf.
