About the Role: Global Safety Specialist

HSB - Hartford Steam Boiler is seeking a dedicated Global Safety Specialist to join its Corporate Safety Department. This full-time, specialist-level position is based in Al Qatif, within the Eastern region, and plays a crucial role in supporting the company's global safety initiatives.

Role Overview and Departmental Fit

As a Global Safety Specialist, you will be an integral part of HSB’s Corporate Safety Department, contributing to the effective management and continuous improvement of the company's comprehensive Corporate Safety Program. This role is designed for a professional who can provide essential support and expertise in maintaining high safety standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Vice President of Global Safety in the day-to-day management and oversight of the Corporate Safety Program.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and enhancement of safety policies and procedures.
• Support initiatives aimed at ensuring compliance with global safety regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is required.
• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a safety-related field.
• Preference will be given to individuals with additional safety education, professional designations, or comparable field experience specifically related to the development or betterment of safety programs.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within HSB's Corporate Safety Department. The role is based in Al Qatif, located in the Eastern region, requiring a dedicated presence to support the department's objectives.
