altazajalzad is seeking a dedicated Odoo ERP Specialist / Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Al Qatif. This full-time position is central to the company's digital transformation initiatives, focusing on the analysis and implementation of ERP systems.

Role Purpose

The Odoo ERP Specialist / Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in leading digital transformation projects. This involves ensuring the effective application of ERP systems to meet both operational and administrative requirements, thereby optimizing business processes and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current workflows to identify areas for system integration and improvement.
• Prepare detailed system requirements and oversee their implementation in coordination with external partners.
• Supervise the application and ongoing operation of the Odoo ERP system.
• Conduct thorough system testing to ensure operational integrity prior to live deployment.
• Provide comprehensive training to employees on effective system usage.
• Generate necessary operational and administrative reports.
• Continuously monitor and contribute to the development and enhancement of the system.
• Facilitate coordination between various internal departments and the external implementing company for project success.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 to 10 years of practical experience in analyzing and implementing ERP systems, specifically Odoo.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
