Art Creator (مصنع مبدع الفن للصناعة) is seeking a dedicated Project Manager - Civil Engineer to join its team. This full-time position is based in Al Qatif, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on overseeing the successful execution of specialized projects.

The Role: Project Manager - Civil Engineer

The Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background will be responsible for supervising the implementation of technical installations and custom decoration projects. This role encompasses comprehensive project management, from the initial planning stages through to final delivery, requiring close coordination with the interior design, production, and manufacturing departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from initial handover to final delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and technical specifications agreed upon with clients.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Production Manager or Senior Management.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and subcontractors as required.
• Monitor and ensure occupational safety standards are maintained at all installation sites.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing, installations, decor, or construction projects.
• PMP certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in preparing and managing project schedules and timelines.
• Demonstrated ability in budget and cost management, including monitoring for deviations.
• Strong capability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
• Effective coordination skills to liaise between interior design, production, and procurement teams.
• Adept at risk management and resolving on-site operational issues.
• High-level communication and negotiation skills for interactions with clients and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Odoo or similar project tracking software is preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.

This is a full-time position based in Al Qatif, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively across various departments to ensure project success and adherence to safety standards.
