We are seeking a Pump E&I QC Engineer to join our team in Al Qatif, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview

The Pump E&I QC Engineer is responsible for performing documented inspections to verify the conformance of parts to applicable drawings, procedures, specifications, and all statutory and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project quality plan in accordance with customer and Flowserve specifications, as well as international standards. The Quality Engineer will also define, advise on, and control all project-required QC documents. Direct experience in Pump OEM and/or skid-mounted equipment manufacturing is essential for this position, which reports directly to the Quality Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and define test and inspection requirements for projects, including ITPs and procurement specifications.
• Attend inspection and expediting activities as per notifications.
• Preside over Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM).
• Implement quality activities on manufactured equipment and materials according to approved ITPs and procedures.
• Review and endorse vendor/manufacturer test reports and records (IRB, MDRB).
• Prepare Inspection Reports and Expediting Reports.
• Conduct shop and desk expediting.
• Review and verify punch lists and non-conformances.
• Issue Inspection Release Certificates when necessary.
• Prepare Inspection Disposition Reports (IDR).
• Coordinate with project coordinators, clients, vendors, and quality personnel for proper assignment execution.
• Perform sourcing inspection for electrical equipment such as Motors and LOS, and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Execute any other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Pump OEM and/or skid-mounted equipment manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Saudi Aramco Standards requirements, including 34-SAMSS-831/711, 611, SA-8020-831, 17-SAMSS-502, 503, 515, IR-340200, and IR-173700.
• Holding QM01, QM02, QM21, and QM36 qualifications is an advantage.
• Certified Internal/Lead Auditor 9001:2015.

Technical Skills and Attributes

• Knowledge of NEMA, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, IEC, NEC, IEEE, and other relevant standards.
• Familiarity with inspection equipment typically found in pump skids, instrumentation assembly, and test operations, including associated accessories.
• Understanding of established quality standards, laws, and regulations from national and international bodies.
• Flexible, eager to learn, accurate, and analytical with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated operational excellence and high standards of customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
