Role Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of all warehouse operations. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with established procedures, and effectively managing both warehouse staff and inventory. The role is critical in upholding operational standards and optimizing logistical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the functions and activities of all warehouse workers.
• Delegate and assign tasks and targets, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety procedures within the warehouse.
• Manage inventory monitoring cycle counts and conduct audits to validate results.
• Manage and resolve customer claims related to warehouse operations.
• Supervise proper shift allocations and ensure the efficiency of all warehouse staff.
• Organize and conduct necessary training activities for staff and workers.
• Ensure the proper functioning workflow and processes of all warehouses as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage and monitor staff timesheets.
• Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling material disposition, and maintaining current warehouse inventory.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision or a similar operational management role. A proven track record of managing warehouse staff, inventory, and operational compliance is essential.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Al Qunfidhah. The role operates within a dynamic warehouse environment, requiring hands-on supervision and adherence to operational schedules.
