Match | ماتش is seeking an Administration Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes managing the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods efficiently and accurately. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating effectively with other departments to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure timely receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and other relevant departments.
• Prepare warehouse reports and maintain accurate system records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of previous experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Demonstrated experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control principles and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a team.

Location and Work Type

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to manage daily warehouse operations.
