We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to implement procurement requests effectively.
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for implementing procurement requests by meeting with suppliers and negotiating contracts, as well as evaluating suppliers to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices.

This role is responsible for implementing procurement requests by meeting with suppliers and negotiating contracts, as well as evaluating suppliers to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct vendor registration and pre-qualification checks.
- Define and recommend a list of vendors that meet procurement needs.
- Report deviations from procurement plans and implement corrective actions.
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations including POs, RFQs, and related documents.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on purchase order specifications.
- Prepare performance reports of all evaluated suppliers with recommendations to mitigate risks.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Computer Skills: MS Office & Oracle system.
- Experience: 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a similar role, ideally in the aviation industry.
