Join the Hilton team as a Purchasing Manager!
As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our operations by working with suppliers to negotiate contracts and purchase required goods to ensure excellence in our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements and source the best products.
  • Manage and maintain supplier information and contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to Hilton’s quality procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance to draft the annual budget and maintain records of commitments.
  • Oversee the operation of stores and ensure record accuracy for requisition and replenishment transactions.
  • Monitor purchasing areas including contracts, leases, and nominations.

What We Are Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience in purchasing/procurement.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to work with budgets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good MS Excel skills and ability to work under pressure.
