Hafawah Hotels & Resort is seeking a Hotel Purchasing Officer to join its team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is essential for maintaining efficient supply chain operations and supporting all hotel departments.

Role Overview: Hotel Purchasing Officer

The Hotel Purchasing Officer manages the procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services while optimizing costs and upholding quality standards. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who possess strong organizational and negotiation skills, contributing directly to the hotel's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Process and follow up on purchase requests for all hotel departments according to approved requirements.
Identify suppliers and compare prices, quality, and supply terms to ensure optimal value.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms for goods and services.
Issue and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of items.
Monitor the availability of food, operational supplies, cleaning materials, and general hotel supplies.
Coordinate effectively with the warehouse, kitchen, and operational departments to identify purchasing needs.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
Work actively on reducing purchasing costs without compromising product or service quality.
Maintain updated supplier information, prices, and quotations for accurate record-keeping.
Comply with all hotel purchasing policies and procedures.
Prepare regular purchasing, pricing, and supplier performance reports.
Follow management and direct supervisor instructions, completing assigned tasks as required.
Respond promptly to work requirements and demonstrate flexibility in following instructions.
