About the Role

Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co. is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor for a full-time position in Medina. This role involves overseeing daily showroom operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and leading a retail sales team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, including supervisory responsibilities.

Purpose of the Position

The Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the showroom. This includes ensuring exceptional customer service, motivating the retail sales team, and driving sales performance to meet or exceed established targets. The role also focuses on maintaining high operational standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the retail team, drive sales performance, and maintain showroom standards to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Ensure customers receive exceptional service and address inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
Oversee inventory control procedures, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appearance of the store, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Provide leadership and direction to retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service techniques.
Implement and enforce operational procedures and policies, including opening/closing, cash handling, and security protocols.
Engage proactively with customers on the showroom floor, providing product recommendations and assistance.
Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to retail staff, recognizing achievements and addressing performance gaps.
Collaborate with the Retail Manager on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales, including a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the retail business.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Medina and requires active engagement within a retail showroom setting. The role involves direct interaction with customers and team members, contributing to a dynamic sales environment.
