About the Role

شركة عمر الزرعة للتطوير العقاري, a leading real estate development company with an ambitious vision for rapid expansion and sustainable growth, is seeking a highly strategic leader for the full-time position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Based in Al Hafuf, Eastern Region, this role requires a success partner with deep knowledge of the real estate development and investment sector. The CEO will be instrumental in leading institutional transformation, enhancing capacity for large-scale projects, and embedding environmental and corporate sustainability as a core pillar for maximizing the company's market value.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and update the company's long-term strategy to ensure the achievement of expansion and growth ambitions, and to open new markets and investment channels.
• Lead the adoption of sustainable real estate solutions, including green buildings, energy efficiency, and ESG standards, across all current and future projects as a competitive differentiator.
• Re-engineer and develop the company's operational models to ensure structural and technical capacity for efficiently accommodating and managing multiple large-scale projects in parallel.
• Oversee the formulation of financial strategies, advanced feasibility studies, and the management of real estate assets and portfolios to maximize profitability and ensure flexible cash flow management.
• Establish an integrated corporate governance system and a robust framework for managing financial, legal, and operational risks to protect company investments and support stability during expansion.
• Lead major negotiations and forge strategic partnerships and alliances with investors, financing entities, and relevant governmental and legislative bodies.
• Ensure direct supervision and full compliance for all project procedures across governmental and real estate platforms in the Kingdom, coordinating with consulting offices to ensure effective technical and operational linkage.
• Build a corporate culture based on performance and innovation, empowering second-line leaders to support continuous expansion and growth plans.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architectural/Civil), Business Administration, Finance, or a related specialization. An Executive MBA or Real Estate Sustainability certifications are considered an advantage.
• Extensive practical experience of no less than 15 years in the real estate development and investment sector.
• Leadership experience of no less than 5 years in a CEO position or a direct senior leadership role within large real estate development companies or holding groups that have undergone tangible expansion phases.
• Proven experience in feasibility studies, real estate investment, asset management, and real estate portfolio management.
• Advanced knowledge of the financial, investment, and legal aspects pertinent to real estate development.
• A strong professional track record in overseeing the development and management of large-scale real estate projects (residential, commercial, and mixed-use) from concept to operation.
• Deep understanding of real estate financing mechanisms, investment funds, corporate governance, and investor relations, coupled with strong knowledge of real estate development legislation and regulations.
• Comprehensive awareness of real estate innovation applications, modern construction technologies, and trends in sustainability and green real estate development.

• High-capacity strategic analytical thinking to foresee opportunities and navigate market fluctuations.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to effectively represent the company before major investors and sovereign entities.
• Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, even under the pressures of rapid expansion.
