The Housekeeping Manager Role

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join the team at its new resort in The Red Sea. This full-time position is central to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the resort. The Housekeeping Manager will lead all operational aspects of the department, ensuring seamless service delivery in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained throughout the resort.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold quality.
• Train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage schedules, staffing levels, and departmental budgets effectively.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering and Front Office departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage supplies efficiently.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager.
• Resort experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard operational environment.

The New Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea

The new Four Seasons Resort will be situated on Shura Island, serving as the central hub of The Red Sea development. This island will feature a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, and an 18-hole golf course. The Red Sea destination is designed with sustainable practices at its core, utilizing renewable energy and extensive conservation zones. The resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, each providing uninterrupted views of white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. Facilities will include six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery center, a Kids for All Seasons area, a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two distinct beaches for families and adults.
