Overview of the Role

SGS - Saudi Ground Services is seeking an experienced Station Supervisor for its domestic operations in Al Wajh, Tabuk. This full-time role is critical for overseeing and coordinating daily airport operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality services in adherence to SGS standards and aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage station operations effectively.
• Conduct workforce planning and develop shift schedules.
• Monitor operational performance to ensure efficiency.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure an excellent passenger and airline experience.
• Lead and support frontline operational teams.
• Maintain effective relationships with airlines, airport stakeholders, and internal departments.

Operational Focus

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational readiness, compliance with safety and security protocols, adherence to GACA requirements, maintaining service quality, and optimizing manpower utilization across the assigned station in Al Wajh.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in airport operations or a similar field.
