The Senior Finance Business Partner Role

Daa International is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join its team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, covering locations such as Umluj and Tabuk. This is a full-time, manager-level individual contributor role designed to operate as an integrator across the Finance function. The role reports to the Head of FP&A and maintains dotted-line working relationships with the Financial Controller to ensure strong connections between actual financial performance, forecasting, reporting, controls, and business decision-making.

Core Responsibilities and Impact

The Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for enhancing the focus on business performance, profitability, and cash generation. This involves strengthening financial analysis, improving data quality, and ensuring that all finance outputs are cohesive, commercially clear, and operationally valuable. The individual in this role acts as a trusted advisor to the CFO and various functional leaders within the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis activities.
• Provide insightful financial analysis, scenario modelling, variance reporting, and business recommendations to support decision-making.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to understand key business drivers and improve planning accuracy.
• Support month-end close activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, audit requirements, and internal control processes.
• Prepare management reports, KPI analysis, executive presentations, and performance commentary for senior leadership.
• Lead business case development, investment appraisals, and financial assessments for strategic initiatives and projects.
• Drive process improvements across reporting, forecasting, ERP systems, and finance operations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and HR teams to deliver actionable financial insights and support business objectives.
• Act as a bridge between FP&A and Controllership teams, ensuring alignment of actuals, forecasts, reporting outputs, and finance priorities.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and process gaps, driving practical solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Key requirements include:

• Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively across multiple functions.
• Experience within aviation, transport, infrastructure, or other complex operational environments is preferred.
