Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is establishing a new luxury property, Fairmont The Red Sea, within the Kingdom's Red Sea Project. This nature-focused resort, located in Umluj, Tabuk, will feature 361 rooms, eleven distinct dining concepts including an overwater restaurant, and a Spa. Positioned next to an 18-hole championship golf course, the resort is committed to setting new standards in sustainable development along 200km of untouched coastline, an archipelago of over 90 unspoiled islands, dormant volcanoes, rich marine habitats, and ancient archaeological sites.

The Role of Concierge (Saudi National)

Fairmont The Red Sea is seeking a dedicated and experienced Concierge to join its team. This full-time role is essential for delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring seamless luxury experiences. The Concierge will embody the values and elegance of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, contributing to the resort's reputation for world-class hospitality in a pre-opening environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, anticipatory, and personalized service in line with Fairmont's service philosophy.
• Offer expert recommendations for dining, entertainment, cultural experiences, transportation, and local attractions.
• Handle all guest requests efficiently, creatively, and discreetly, ensuring prompt follow-up and flawless execution.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of guest preferences, special occasions, and cultural sensitivities to personalize interactions.
• Liaise with internal departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Butler Service, F&B, Spa, Security) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and luxury vendors to secure preferred access and exclusive experiences.
• Manage reservations, ticketing, transportation arrangements, and special requests with precision.
• Uphold Fairmont grooming, etiquette, and presentation standards, demonstrating refined communication and cultural awareness.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively and diplomatically to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements, handling sensitive guest information with discretion.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest relations role, preferably within a 5-star or ultra-luxury environment.
• Experience in pre-Opening stages, including project coordination, scheduling, and document control, is required.
• Les Clefs d’Or certification or eligibility is highly desirable.
• Exceptional knowledge of the local destination, luxury lifestyle offerings, and high-end clientele expectations.
• Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver bespoke experiences.
