We are currently seeking a Medical Representative to join our team in Buraydah, Al Qasim, on a full-time basis.

The Medical Representative Role

The Medical Representative serves as a vital link between Hikma Pharmaceuticals and healthcare professionals. This role focuses on increasing awareness and adoption of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products through targeted sales and marketing activities, including field engagement. The successful candidate will promote a defined portfolio of products to customers and key accounts, working under the guidance of a Supervisor or Manager to achieve established sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess sales targets, activities, performance, and achieved goals.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships, organizing appointments and events with healthcare customers including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams to promote product prescription, dispensing, and usage.
• Enhance awareness of Hikma products through continuous learning and information sharing with healthcare providers.
• Gather current information on doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure proper product availability, territory coverage, accurate reporting, timely feedback, and monitor competitor activities and products.
• Track and review Hikma products’ market performance through client responses and other indicators, identifying new market opportunities.
• Prepare and submit timely planning documents, feedback, and sales reports to the supervisor/manager as agreed, ensuring optimal territory coverage.
• Ensure all activities comply with company rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires individuals who are committed to continuous learning and capable of building strong professional relationships within the healthcare sector.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Buraydah, Al Qasim. The Medical Representative will operate as part of a dedicated team, receiving guidance and support from a Supervisor or Manager to ensure successful achievement of objectives.
