The Sales Specialist will engage in various field activities, including customer visits to identify their needs and deliver required services.
Job Responsibilities:- Achieve your sales targets under the guidance of your direct supervisor.
- Visit potential and existing customers to present products and finalize sales deals, in coordination with your sales supervisor.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that satisfy these requirements.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and increase company revenues.
- Document all business operations and agreements with clients.
- Listen to customer feedback and relay insights to your direct supervisor to enhance customer experience.
- Collect customer payments in coordination with your direct supervisor to help maintain company liquidity.
- Execute all tasks requested by upper management in the interest of business.
Minimum Experience:3 years of experience in a similar field.
