مسؤول المخاطر والامتثال:

المهام والمسؤوليات

• مراقبة الالتزام: التأكد من تطبيق المؤسسة للأنظمة والتشريعات المحلية، مثل متطلبات البنك المركزي السعودي (SAMA)، وهيئة السوق المالية (CMA)، والهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني (NCA)، والمعايير العالمية ذات الصلة.
• تحديد وتقييم المخاطر: اكتشاف وتقييم المخاطر التشغيلية والمالية والقانونية ومخاطر عدم الامتثال التي قد تواجه المنظمة.
• وضع السياسات: صياغة وتحديث السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة ومتوافقة نظامياً.
• إعداد التقارير: رفع تقارير دورية إلى الإدارة العليا ومجلس الإدارة حول مستوى الالتزام وحالة المخاطر.
• التدريب والتوعية: نشر ثقافة الامتثال وإدارة المخاطر بين موظفي الشركة وتنظيم البرامج التدريبية اللازمة.

المتطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة المخاطر ،أو إدارة الأعمال، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
• معرفة بمبادئ إدارة المخاطر والامتثال والأنظمة التنظيمية ذات العلاقة.
• مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وقدرة على إعداد التقارير.
• اجادة اللغة الانجليزية
• أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على إحدى الشهادات المهنية التالية أو ما يعادلها:

A company specializing in heavy transport and exceptional equipment transportation, based in Buqayq, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Risk and Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the company complies with applicable local laws and regulations, including relevant requirements issued by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), and applicable international standards.
• Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify and assess operational, financial, legal, and compliance risks that may affect the organization.
• Policy Development: Develop, review, and update internal policies and procedures to ensure a safe and legally compliant working environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management and the Board of Directors regarding compliance status and risk exposure.
• Training and Awareness: Promote a culture of compliance and risk management among employees and organize relevant training programs.

 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of risk management principles, compliance practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.
• Good command of the English language.
